DESCRIPTION:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist in our day-to-day HR operations and ensure that we are compliant with all federal and state regulations. The HRC must have a customer service mindset, as this role will interact with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as outside vendors. Must be extremely organized, and proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
